A Full and Balanced Life

* Living a full and balanced life begins with knowing what a full and balanced life means to you. Each day, we are bombarded with images from the media that tell us who to be, what to do and how to act. We are inundated with "shoulds," past experiences, family edicts and endlessly disempowering messages.

* So the first step in claiming a complete life is to embrace the distinction that Oprah makes quite concisely, Do not worry about living THE best life, just live YOUR best life.
Suggestions Here are some suggestions to begin the journey towards living YOUR best life.

1. Start a journal. One of the best ways to quiet the mind and access your deeper thoughts is to write. Let yourself write in an uncensored way. Let your thoughts flow without concern for grammar or impressing a reader. Be curious about what your inner self wants to tell you.
Here's a series of provocative questions to help start the journey:
What will my life feel/be like when I am living fully and in balance Here is where you imagine in detail the life you want.

Let yourself dream about how you will feel. Will you feel peaceful? Energized? Both? Will you be fulfilling a dream or simply living fully in each moment? Paint a picture for yourself.
What is most important to me? Begin to make a list of your values. Your values are your personal inventory of what you consider most important. We all have values, but unless you take the time to clarify them for yourself, you can inadvertently be living someone elses values. Your values inform the choices you make.

2. Get to know yourself. Walk, meditate, exercise, or take yourself on a date. Getting to know yourself and what you like is an important piece of the puzzle. What movie would YOU chose? Is nature most enlivening or would you prefer a cultural romp in the city? Do something you have always wanted to try. Take a risk. To live a complete life you have to be in touch with what makes you happy.

3. Find support. It can be difficult to explore or make life changes without the benefit of a support system. Often, when people start to grow, others around them - friends and relatives - may feel threatened. They may not want you to rock the boat. Seek out at least one person you feel safe sharing your desires with. This will help you to stay motivated and provide some accountability.

4. Take action. Inspiration without action is like being dressed up and having nowhere to go.
Take some baby steps. Ask yourself: what is one thing I can do this week to feel great about my life? Then do it.

What does a complete and balanced life mean to you? What will you discover?

It is truly possible. You can love your life and watch the seeds turn to blossoms and the blossoms turn to fruit.

Its YOUR life! Live it completely!

Today is Glutinous Rice Dumplings and the Dragon Boat Festival

Qu Yuan, who lived in the State of Chu during the Warring States Period, was the first great patriotic poet in Chinese history.

Qu Yuan was an erudite scholar who had a good grasp of the political situation of his time, and was a distinguished diplomat. King Huai of Chu had a deep trust in him and appointed him to the highest office in the country. Qu Yuan had the ear of the King and was authorized to issue orders and receive envoys from other states. Those were the days when the seven states of Qin, Chu, Qi, Zhao, Han, Wei and Yan were striving against each other for hegemony. And since Qin, Chu and Qi were the three stronger states, every one of them wanted to unify China in its own name. Such being the situation, there had emerged at the court of Chu two factions: one standing for an alliance with the State of Qi to resist Qin, the others, out of fear, for maintaining friendly relations with Qin. Qu Yuan's determined stand for political reform, for building up the economy and a strong army, and for an alliance with Qi to resist Qin, won the approval and support of King Huai. For this reason, he had incurred the jealousy and hatred of the pro-Qin faction, who were not only opposed to, Qu Yuan's policies but said many evil things about him before the king. Swayed by their preposterous tales, the king relegated Qu Yuan to a minor position.
The State of Qin took advantage of this to destroy the alliance of Qi and Chu by a ruse. When King Huai of Chu realized that he had been deceived, he sent his troops to attack Qin. But they were repeatedly defeated, and the State of Chu was seriously weakened. Thus, King Huai of Chu was compelled to reinstate Qu Yuan, who was sent to Qi to reestablish friendly relations between the two countries. Qu Yuan's proposals, however, were once again opposed and pooh-poohed by the pro-Qin faction, and the muddle-headed king exiled him to a place north of the Han River. As a result of ignoring Qu Yuans admonitions, King Huai was tricked into visiting the State of Qin where he was forcibly detained for over a year and finally died.
When King Hua's son King Qinxiang succeeded to the throne, Qu Yuan was allowed to return to the court. But since the pro-Qin faction was in control of the country's affairs, Qu Yuan was still in disfavor an eventually was again exiled by King Qinxiang to an area in present-day Hunan Province.
Qu Yuan wrote many excellent poems in his life, a large number of which were composed in his exile when he was especially concerned about the fate of his country and people, hoping that he would be able to do more for Chu. His patriotic feelings and desire were crystallized in his poems, the most famous of which was a long one, The Lament (Li Sao). In this poem, which is imbued with romanticism, Qu Yuan relates many moving fairy tales, gives expression to his lofty ideal and his determination to fight for its realization, and denounces the treacherous traitors of his country. The style of Qu Yuan's poems is different from that of The Book of Songs. It is called "poetic prose of Chu," or "the Sao style", in the history of Chinese literature.
In the year 278 B.C. when he was 62 and staying at the side of River Miluo, Qu Yuan herd that Qin troops had finally conquered Chu's capital. Overwhelmed with grief and despair, he plunged himself into the river, clasping in his arms a large stone. That day happened to be he fifth of the fifth month in the Chinese lunar calendar.

The people of Chu had a great esteem and love for Qu Yuan. On hearing the news of his suicide, people in the vicinity came hurriedly in boats, and, armed with long bamboo poles, attempted to retrieve his body, but their great distress, without avail. Filled with a deep sense of loss and worried that his body might be eaten up by fish and shrimps, they sailed up and down the river, throwing into the water pyramid-shaped glutinous rice dumplings wrapped in reed or bamboo leaves to divert possible attackers from the body. Since then, on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month every year, each household in China would make glutinous rice dumplings and eat them to commemorate the great poet Qu Yuan. This is the traditional Chinese festival known as "the Dragon Boat Festival."

On that day, the Chinese people also have the custom of holding dragon boat races. Tradition has it that the dragon boat race symbolizes the eagerness of all to salvage Qu Yuan's body. It was believed that ordinary boats would be no use since the river abounded with monsters. So later people made boats that had the shape of a dragon, and by beating drums and gongs, tried to scare away monsters who would think that the Dragon King of the Sea was coming. In this way, it would be easier for them to retrieve Qu Yuan's body.

More than 2,000 years have passed since Qu Yuan's death, yet he has felt mankind some rich cultural gifts. His poems have been translated into many different languages and published all over the world. In 1953, on the 2,230th anniversary of Qu Yuan's death, the World Peace Congress decided to honor him as one of the four famous world cultural figures of the year. Qu Yuan will live forever in the heart of the people of the world.

How to Be Happy in Life - The 9 Paths to Happiness

Sometimes it appears that life throws more obstacles in our path than we can handle. However, even in the face of the most challenging circumstances, you can make the choice to be happy by following these 9 paths to happiness.

1. Honor Yourself: Remember what the flight attendant says, "Put your own oxygen mask on first." You are of no use to anyone else if you have not taken care of your own needs first - this includes your own emotional, as well as physical, well-being.

2. Forgive Everyone For Everything: Forgiveness is a gift to yourself. YOU created the stress in your life by getting angry, and YOU can instantly remove that stress by granting forgiveness. Expressing your forgiveness to the other is optional - internalizing that forgiveness is required in order to live a joyful life. Don't forget to also forgive yourself for everything you regret ever having done or not done.

3. Have Gratitude For All Of Life: As with forgiveness, gratitude is a gift to yourself. Saying "thank you" is a powerful way to create great relationships, but the real power of gratitude is internalizing an immense thankfulness for your very existence - everything that has ever occurred or failed to occur in your life.

4. Respect Your Mind: Faith is powerful, but it is no substitute for observing, paying attention, weighing alternatives, and choosing with intention. Without conscious choice, there is no freedom or happiness.

5. Design Your Future: Don't be a passive tumbleweed blown by the winds of life. Envision the future you want, and then take action to create that future. Often, you will fail. Plan again and take action again.

6. Begin Today, and Never Give Up: There is no better time to begin than today - each and every "today." When obstacles stop you, think of new ways to reach your goals. In the words of the Oriental proverb, "Fall seven times, stand up eight."

7. Be Of Service To Others By Radiating Happiness: Being of service is one of the greatest paths to happiness, but remember that your greatest service to others is the person that you are, rather than the tasks you accomplish. Your greatest gift to others is to give them happiness, and by far the most powerful way to do that is to be an example of happiness and to radiate that happiness to others.

8. Dance Lightly With Life: Life does not have to be a serious undertaking. You will make mistakes, you will feel regrets, and eventually, you will die - so what? Happiness comes from dancing lightly with life - playing hopscotch on the river of life - leaping gracefully from joy to joy while laughing at the threats of calamity - even laughing hysterically at our human frailness when we do fall into the muddy torrent.

9. Know Unity With Spirit: There are as many ways to connect with Spirit as there are people - each of us has our own way to receive strength and serenity from the Infinite. Your life will be happier if you acknowledge that you are not alone, become open to that presence, and create ritual to celebrate your connection. You may feel your bond with Spirit at the Lord's Supper, in Songs of Praise, in Calls to Prayer, in Meditation, while doing Yoga or Qigong, or while walking in the woods. However you connect with Spirit, do it today.

How to Be Happy in Life???

Happiness, we say, is a choice. Happy people understand this, while unhappy people struggle with judging themselves for not being able to easily shift to a happy state of mind.

The first step towards moving into a happy state is to understand that happiness is something we need to learn and, for some reason (that we will not discuss here), school teaches everything else but happiness. Use the “school of life” to practice happiness and remember that your “choice muscle” needs to be active all the time. Always notice you have options in everything you do, think or feel, and that you choose the things that are best for you. Here are some specific tips you can blend into your every day:

Step 1
SMILE
Smile a lot - If smiling is too hard for you, take a pencil and hold it with your teeth. There are enough smiling muscles involved for your brain to think you are smiling and start producing “happy” chemicals.

Step 2
SING
Sing! - Singing works just like smiling, causing your body to produce “feeling good” chemicals. Sing in the car, sing in the shower, sing when you prepare dinner and sing when you feel frustrated and notice how the negative feelings melt away.

Step 3
HAPPY PEOPLE
Hang around positive people - Having happy people around you will make it easy to learn happiness. Happy people have fun around them and their ability to overcome challenges is higher than that of unhappy people who tend to lay blame and feel victimised. Choose the people you hang out with to suit your needs.

Step 4
LAUGH
Laugh - Much like smiling, laughter is a great way to overcome physical and emotional challenges. If it does not happen naturally, try laughter therapy.

Step 5
BE ACTIVE
Get a move on - Being physically active makes you happy. Find some activity you like to do and notice how it changes your mood: sex (yes, of course!), any kind of sport, dance and yoga. Make a habit of being active in any way you feel like.

Step 6
GET CREATIVE
Get creative - Creativity is a great way to find happiness. Think of creative things people do for a living or as hobby and notice how much happiness it gives them. Paint, draw, dance, sculpt, do some craft, invent a gadget, cook something new, write poetry or tend the garden. Tap into your creative abilities and find your “happy spot”.

Step 7
HUG
Hug - Hugging is a way to give and receive happiness. Physical touch is essential to your development and hugging is a great way to get that physical touch in a positive way. Hug a lot!

Step 8
BE HAPPY
When in a conflict situation, remember that being happy and being right do not necessarily go hand in hand. When in doubt, choose happiness over being right.

Step 9
When feeling down, recite to yourself “This too shall pass” and imagine a brighter future.

Step 10
BE CHILDISH
Act like a child - Do childish things to feel young and fresh: jump on a trampoline, sit on a swing and skip. Remember, “We do not stop playing because we grow old. We grow old because we stop playing”.

Step 11
BE KIND
Be kind - Do random acts of kindness every day. It can be as simple as saying something nice, offering help, giving up your place in a queue or allowing another driver to enter a busy road.

Step 12
BE GRATEFUL
Be grateful - Practice gratitude: say thank you for everything you have and appreciate in your life. Gratitude is a way to increase happiness and eliminate taking life for granted.

Step 13
MEDITATE
Meditate! - Find a relaxation you feel comfortable with. Meditation relaxes the mind. You can listen to music, use crystals, take a bath, use candles or repeat a mantra. All of these do the same thing to your mind. Take the time off every day to regenerate yourself.

Story of Mr. Sticky

No one knew how Mr. Sticky got in the fish tank.

"He's very small," Mum said as she peered at the tiny water snail. "Just a black dot."

"He'll grow," said Abby and pulled her pyjama bottoms up again before she got into bed. They were always falling down.

In the morning Abby jumped out of bed and switched on the light in her fish tank.
Gerry, the fat orange goldfish, was dozing inside the stone archway. Jaws was already awake, swimming along the front of the tank with his white tail floating and twitching. It took Abby a while to find Mr. Sticky because he was clinging to the glass near the bottom, right next to the gravel.

At school that day she wrote about the mysterious Mr. Sticky who was so small you could mistake him for a piece of gravel. Some of the girls in her class said he seemed an ideal pet for her and kept giggling about it.

That night Abby turned on the light to find Mr. Sticky clinging to the very tiniest, waviest tip of the pond weed. It was near the water filter so he was bobbing about in the air bubbles.

"That looks fun," Abby said. She tried to imagine what it must be like to have to hang on to things all day and decided it was probably very tiring. She fed the fish then lay on her bed and watched them chase each other round and round the archway. When they stopped Gerry began nibbling at the pond weed with his big pouty lips. He sucked Mr. Sticky into his mouth then blew him back out again in a stream of water. The snail floated down to the bottom of the tank among the coloured gravel.

"I think he's grown a bit," Abby told her Mum at breakfast the next day.
"Just as well if he's going to be gobbled up like that," her Mum said, trying to put on her coat and eat toast at the same time.

"But I don't want him to get too big or he won't be cute anymore. Small things are cute aren't they?"

"Yes they are. But big things can be cute too. Now hurry up, I'm going to miss my train."

At school that day, Abby drew an elephant. She needed two pieces of expensive paper to do both ends but the teacher didn't mind because she was pleased with the drawing and wanted it on the wall. They sellotaped them together, right across the elephant's middle. In the corner of the picture, Abby wrote her full name, Abigail, and drew tiny snails for the dots on the 'i's The teacher said that was very creative.

At the weekend they cleaned out the tank. "There's a lot of algae on the sides," Mum said. "I'm not sure Mr. Sticky's quite up to the job yet."

They scooped the fish out and put them in a bowl while they emptied some of the water. Mr. Sticky stayed out of the way, clinging to the glass while Mum used the special 'vacuum cleaner' to clean the gravel. Abby trimmed the new pieces of pond weed down to size and scrubbed the archway and the filter tube. Mum poured new water into the tank.

"Where's Mr. Sticky?" Abby asked.

"On the side," Mum said. She was busy concentrating on the water. "Don't worry I was careful."

Abby looked on all sides of the tank. There was no sign of the water snail.

"He's probably in the gravel then," her mum said. "Come on let's get this finished. I've got work to do." She plopped the fish back in the clean water where they swam round and round, looking puzzled.

That evening Abby went up to her bedroom to check the tank. The water had settled and looked lovely and clear but there was no sign of Mr. Sticky. She lay on her bed and did some exercises, stretching out her legs and feet and pointing her toes. Stretching was good for your muscles and made you look tall a model had said on the t.v. and she looked enormous. When Abby had finished, she kneeled down to have another look in the tank but there was still no sign of Mr. Sticky. She went downstairs.

Her mum was in the study surrounded by papers. She had her glasses on and her hair was all over the place where she'd been running her hands through it. She looked impatient when she saw Abby in the doorway and even more impatient when she heard the bad news.

"He'll turn up." was all she said. "Now off to bed Abby. I've got masses of work to catch up on."

Abby felt her face go hot and red. It always happened when she was angry or upset.

"You've hoovered him up haven't you," she said. You were in such a rush you hoovered him up."

"I have not. I was very careful. But he is extremely small."

"What's wrong with being small?"

"Nothing at all. But it makes things hard to find."

"Or notice," Abby said and ran from the room.

The door to the bedroom opened and Mum's face appeared around the crack. Abby tried to ignore her but it was hard when she walked over to the bed and sat next to her. She was holding her glasses in her hand. She waved them at Abby.

"These are my new pair," she said. "Extra powerful, for snail hunting." She smiled at Abby. Abby tried not to smile back.

"And I've got a magnifying glass," Abby suddenly remembered and rushed off to find it.

They sat beside each other on the floor. On their knees they shuffled around the tank, peering into the corners among the big pebbles, at the gravel and the pondweed.

"Ah ha!" Mum suddenly cried.

"What?" Abby moved her magnifying glass to where her mum was pointing.

There, tucked in the curve of the archway, perfectly hidden against the dark stone, sat Mr. Sticky. And right next to him was another water snail, even smaller than him.

"Mrs Sticky!" Abby breathed. "But where did she come from?"

"I'm beginning to suspect the pond weed don't you think?"

They both laughed and climbed into Abby's bed together, cuddling down under the duvet. It was cozy but a bit of a squeeze.

"Budge up," Mum said, giving Abby a push with her bottom.

"I can't, I'm already on the edge."

"My goodness you've grown then. When did that happen? You could have put an elephant in here last time we did this."

Abby put her head on her mum's chest and smiled.

The Meaning of a Friend

The Meaning of a Friend

Someone turned to me and asked
"How many friends have you?"
Why 10 or 20 friends I believe
And began to named a few...

A blessed one you are
To have so many friends
But think of what you're saying...
A friend is just not someone
To whom you say "Hello"

A friend is a tender shoulder
On which to softly cry
A well to pour your troubles down
And raise your spirits high

A friend is a hand to pull you up
From darkness and despair...
When all your other "so called" friends
Have helped to put you there

A true friend is an ally
Who can't be moved or bought
A voice to keep your name alive
When others have forgot

But most of all a friend has a true heart
For from the hearts of friends
There comes the greatest love of all!

So think about all this
For every word is true
And once again answer please...
How many friends have you?

After much thought I answered
I really only have just one
"It's You!"

A Friend Is Always Special
Because Friends Love You
Just Because You're You!

Happy Sunday

Live your life with a purpose beyond yourself, and you'll find that the world is as bold and broad as the interests that brought you here today.

You know who you are..............

I was enjoyed listening DJ Izzan shows this morning. Is really fantastic, I like the words she said, very touching to me.

"Nothing in life is come easy". We know that sometimes is really hard to do it but before we do it we must think it positive and plan to do it step by step, I think everything will go well to you........ Don't think it negative....

"You can't change people attitude but you can change it for yourself", its true.....Sometimes you really don't know why?? Your friends may say something to hurt you just like that..... most of the people are selfish but anyway you must learn how to "forget and forgive" it...... definitely you will have a fantastic life........

You don't have to regret what you are doing for yesterday cos yesterday is over, is a history, we can't turn the clock back. If you know you have done something not right than just change it yourself and improve it. We learn from our mistake so don't have to regret..... also no point to regret cos its already over......

As long as you like it just do it your own.... you don't have to worry about what people are saying to you.... cos you can't change people attitude.... As long as you know who you are..........

Hope you all have a happy life and Smile Always be Happy....

Have a Great Day to everyone.....

It is never too late to live with richness, purpose, joy and love.

No matter how much time you feel you have wasted or lost,

It is never too late to make the very most of the moment you're in.

No matter how many mistakes you may think you have made,

It is never too late to start moving in a positive direction.

The instant you choose to fully live,

The past no longer has the power to hold you back.

Where you are now is precisely where you need to be.

With gratitude in your heart for the journey that has brought you here,

Choose now to make the most of where you are.

Starting from this place you can go in any direction.

It is never too late to choose the very best direction you can imagine.

Dig down and get in touch with the real substance of your most treasured dreams.

For what matters most is always within your reach.

Move right on past the disappointments, the frustrations,

The regrets and the negative assumptions you have accumulated.

It is never too late to fully become the real, authentic, unique and valuable person you are.

Have A Great Day!!!!!

A new start..........

I have been very busy over the last few days doing my internet business home study, very tired..... After watching a lot of tutorial video, still have a lot of questions on it. I decided to have my few hours rest..... To do anything from a new start really not easy, but to achieve my goal I must work very hard on it..... Although, is really hard to have a new start but I still believe that if you are willing to learn and be confident about yourself and about what you are doing... you will succeed one day!!!!!

“Welcome every morning with a smile. Look on the new day as another special gift from your Creator, another golden opportunity to complete what you were unable to finish yesterday. Be a self-starter. Let your first hour set the theme of success and positive action that is certain to echo through your entire day. Today will never happen again. Don't waste it with a false start or no start at all. You were not born to fail.”

“Don’t keep forever on the public road, going only where others have gone. Leave the beaten track occasionally and dive into the woods. You will be certain to find something you have never seen before. It will be a little thing, but do not ignore it. Follow it up, explore all around it; one discovery will lead to another, and before you know it, you will have something worth thinking about.”

Crystal & GemStone - Part One

The meaning of color

Color is all around us. We see it all the time. Most of us have no idea the impact color has on our lives. This impact of the many colors in our environment is usually not conscious. Sometimes we get an uneasy feeling in certain rooms or very relaxed in another, but we call this a mood. The "color of mood" can be what is surrounding us.

Color is a vibration of light. In dim light, the color we see will seem different than in bright sun light. Everyone doesn't see the color frequency in exactly the same way. For example, I see a color I call blue-green, which to me is blue with a touch of green. Someone else may call the color green-blue, because he sees more green than I do. Even color-blind people are affected by color.

Sir Isaac Newton used a prism in 1666 and saw the rainbow of colors that we know as the electromagnetic spectrum. Showing that sunlight is not one color, the spectrum is red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet the 7 basic colors.

The primary colors of light are red, green, and blue. In the 1940's Max Luscher developed a color psychology. He used 8 colors in his color therapy, red, yellow, green, blue, violet, brown, gray and black. He claimed that he could tell a person's stress level and psychological make-up by the order the color was chosen or paired with another color. Later a simpler test used only green, yellow, red and blue.

Today we take color very much for granted. I know I can have my shoes dyed to match my pink scarf. I'm tired of the color in my bathroom, so, I'll go buy a gallon of paint. It wasn't so long ago that the only dyes available were from natural sources. Plants, minerals and a few animal or insect life were the only means with which to make dyes. Rembrandt didn't go to the local art shop and buy tubes of paint. He had to grind and mix his paints from things such as lapis lazuli to make blue. Lapis Lazuli was very expensive and hard to get. Check out Rembrandt's paintings, you won't see lots of vivid blue. Purple has been reserved for the royal folk for centuries. The royal folk were the only ones who could afford it anyway. The importing of the indigo plant to Europe changed the fortunes of many people and allowed color to be more used. The indigo plant was highly valued until the discovery of chemical dyes in the 19th century.
Color and how it affects your senses

Today paint companies may hire a paint psychologist to advise what shades of colors will sell best. Color psychologists also work in the decorating field. Orange is used in restaurants, because orange increases the appetite. A good combination for restaurants is pale blue or turquoise and orange. A relaxed atmosphere and a big appetite are the perfect environment for a restaurant.

A few years ago color consultants were very much in demand to help find a color palette that would suit a person the best. I eagerly awaited my appointment with a color consultant to learn my colors were navy blue and most shades of green.
Color therapy and your health

There are laboratory experiments about the affect of color on the state of a person's health. We now know that winter in some parts or the world has not enough sunlight. A light with the sunlight spectrum can now be used to avoid illness. Light bulbs with other light needs, from cool to warm, can now be purchased. Blue light is used for a calming effect in some mental hospitals. Other hospitals are now using soft green, blue, peach and sunny yellow on walls and even sheets and gowns. These colors seem to help the patients to get well quicker.

A part of the invisible spectrum can be seen by the use of infrared technology. There is thermal imaging that lets us see heat in color. Edgar Cayce said the human body and almost everything in nature radiates energy and/or heat. Many people claim to see the colors or aura surrounding the human body. It is said a person's health and mood can be determined by an analysis of the aura. The health of the 7 chakras will influence the colors of the aura. (Read The Rainbow Mandala)

There is breathing color. That is imaging a color and breathing it deep in the lungs. Such as imaging pink and breathing it to feel universal love. Or one could meditate on pink to feel the universal love. Or drink water charged with color, using light or a gemstone or crystal. You can then be "in the pink". Just don't "see red", or "feel blue".

We know we should include all colors of vegetables in our diet to stay healthy.

It is believed by some people that music has color. Each note vibrates with a shade of color.
Color and personality

Color research is going on in laboratories all over the world. Color therapy is being used by psychologists and business people.

In other words, color is in every part of life. Take a moment every day to look around you and feel the colors, enjoy the colors. Live your life in full color.

Love Story

We were both young when I first saw you
I close my eyes
And the flashback starts
I'm standing there
On a balcony in summer air

See the lights
See the party, the ball gowns
I see you make your way through the crowd
And say hello, little did I know

That you were Romeo, you were throwing pebbles
And my daddy said stay away from Juliet
And I was crying on the staircase
Begging you please don't go, and I said

Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting all there's left to do is run
You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess
It's a love story baby just say yes

So I sneak out to the garden to see you
We keep quiet 'cause we're dead if they knew
So close your eyes
Escape this town for a little while

'Cause you were Romeo, I was a scarlet letter
And my daddy said stay away from Juliet
But you were everything to me
I was begging you please don't go and I said

Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting all there's left to do is run
You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess
It's a love story baby just say yes

Romeo save me, they try to tell me how to feel
This love is difficult, but it's real
Don't be afraid, we'll make it out of this mess
It's a love story baby just say yes
Oh oh

I got tired of waiting
Wondering if you were ever coming around
My faith in you is fading
When I met you on the outskirts of town, and I said

Romeo save me I've been feeling so alone
I keep waiting for you but you never come
Is this in my head? I don't know what to think
He knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring

And said, marry me Juliet
You'll never have to be alone
I love you and that's all I really know
I talked to your dad, go pick out a white dress
It's a love story baby just say yes

Oh, oh, oh, oh
'Cause we were both young when I first saw you

How to Reduce and Manage Job and Workplace Stress

In this difficult economy, you may find it harder than ever to cope with challenges on the job. Both the stress we take with us when we go to work and the stress that awaits us on the job are on the rise – and employers, managers, and workers all feel the added pressure. While some stress is a normal part of life, excessive stress interferes with your productivity and reduces your physical and emotional health, so it’s important to find ways to keep it under control. Fortunately, there is a lot that you can do to manage and reduce stress at work.

Reducing job stress by taking care of yourself
When stress on the job is interfering with your ability to work, care for yourself, or manage your personal life, it’s time to take action. Start by paying attention to your physical and emotional health. When your own needs are taken care of, you’re stronger and more resilient to stress. The better you feel, the better equipped you’ll be to manage work stress without becoming overwhelmed.

Taking care of yourself doesn’t require a total lifestyle overhaul. Even small things can lift your mood, increase your energy, and make you feel like you’re back in the driver’s seat. Take things one step at a time, and as you make more positive lifestyle choices, you’ll soon notice a noticeable difference in your stress level, both at home at work.

Reducing job stress by prioritizing and organizing
When job and workplace stress surrounds you, you can’t ignore it, but there are simple steps you can take to regain control over yourself and the situation. Your growing sense of self-control will also be perceived by others as the strength it is, leading to better relationships at work. Here are some suggestions for reducing job stress by prioritizing and organizing your responsibilities.

Time management tips for reducing job stress
Create a balanced schedule. Analyze your schedule, responsibilities, and daily tasks. All work and no play is a recipe for burnout. Try to find a balance between work and family life, social activities and solitary pursuits, daily responsibilities and downtime.

Don’t over-commit yourself. Avoid scheduling things back-to-back or trying to fit too much into one day. All too often, we underestimate how long things will take. If you've got too much on your plate, distinguish between the "shoulds" and the "musts." Drop tasks that aren't truly necessary to the bottom of the list or eliminate them entirely.

Try to leave earlier in the morning. Even 10-15 minutes can make the difference between frantically rushing to your desk and having time to ease into your day. Don’t add to your stress levels by running late.

Plan regular breaks. Make sure to take short breaks throughout the day to sit back and clear your mind. Also try to get away from your desk for lunch. Stepping away from work to briefly relax and recharge will help you be more, not less, productive.

Task management tips for reducing job stress
Prioritize tasks. Make a list of tasks you have to do, and tackle them in order of importance. Do the high-priority items first. If you have something particularly unpleasant to do, get it over with early. The rest of your day will be more pleasant as a result.

Break projects into small steps. If a large project seems overwhelming, make a step-by-step plan. Focus on one manageable step at a time, rather than taking on everything at once.

Delegate responsibility. You don’t have to do it all yourself, whether at home, school, or on the job. If other people can take care of the task, why not let them? Let go of the desire to control or oversee every little step. You’ll be letting go of unnecessary stress in the process.

Beautiful Lesson........

All of my times today is doing study on my online business home study course, a lot of video needs to watch and my internet is very slow today and to upload one video have take about 30mins to 1hrs.

During this times, I went to check my email and I have received an email from my friend Hjh Lelah, very touching story...... would like to share with you all. We must enjoy our life before it is too late......

Beautiful Story !

The girl in the picture is Katie Kirkpatrick, she is 21 . Next to her, her fiancé, Nick, 23. The picture was taken shortly before their wedding ceremony, held on January 11, 2005 in the US.

Katie has terminal cancer and spend hours a day receiving medication. In the picture, Nick is waiting for her on one of the many sessions of quimo to end.

In spite of all the pain, organ failures, and morphine shots, Katie is going along with her wedding and took care of every detail. The dress had to be adjusted a few times due to her constant weight loss

An unusual accessory at the party was the oxygen tube that ketie used throughout the ceremony and reception as well. The other couple in the picture are Nick's parents. Excited to see her son marrying his high school sweetheart.

Katie, in her wheelchair with the oxygen tube , listening a song from her husband and friends

At the reception, katie had to take a few rests. The pain do not let her to be standing up for long periods

Katie died five days after her wedding day. Watching a women so ill and weak getting married and with a smile on her face makes us think..... Happiness is reachable, no matter how long it last. We should stop making our lives complicated..

Life is short
Break the rules
forgive quickly
kiss passionately, love truly
laugh constantly
And never stop smiling
no matter how strange life is
Life is not always the party we expected to be
but as long as we are here, we should smile and be grateful.

What is PayPal account?

Today I would like to share information about "PayPal". A lot of people do not know what is "PayPal"? Even a bank Manager also do not know what is "Paypal". Do you believe it???

Haha....I also knew it only two months ago when I am studying my online business.

"PayPal" is a internet pay account. The PayPal Integration Center contains all the resources and support you need to build PayPal payments into an e-commerce website or application.....

PayPal account is definitely essential if you want to sell anything online. Please visit the website http://www.paypal.com/ for more information.

They have extended service to Malaysia but not in Brunei yet because a few years back they didn't serve Malaysia either. For Brunei, you can actually use PayPal to make payment but not able to withdraw the money from PayPal.

This few days I am try to solve this problem, at last, I have been advised by my friend Mr. Ling and internet Guru's, they highly recommend me go to Malaysia or Singapore to open a bank account with them and a virtual office, and later register as a Singaporean or Malaysian for PayPal.

This is especially for Bruneian, I hope the above will give you an idea how to apply a PayPal account.

Life is too short......have fun everyday!!!!

Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it'd be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.

Have Fun Everyday
"Ask not what fun does for you.
Ask rather what you do for fun."
"The more fun you have, the greater your value to yourself and to your society. The more fun you share with others, the more fun you have."
"For every Way there's a way of following that Way that's fun"
"The Path that is best for you is the Path that keeps the best of you in play"
"...and the Truth will Make you Laugh."
"In the beginning it was fun. In the end, it was all for fun. And in between is where it tickles most."
"All for fun, and fun for all!"
"A Playful Path is the shortest road to happiness."
"Laugh longer, live louder."
"You can only have fun helping other people have fun if you're having fun doing it."
"Fun is better than winning."
"You ask: 'What is the Meaning of ME\WE?' I/we answer: 'When the will of the one is one with the will of the many."
"The more, come to think of it, the potentially merrier."
"It's more fun when you're not the only one having it."
"Happy are those who get to talk. Happier are those who get listened to."
"The purpose of fun is to have it."
"Fun is where it's at. That's why you have to be there."
"If it's not fun, tell me, why are you still playing?"
"Losing is hardly ever fun."
"Ask not what fun does for you, but what you do for fun!"
"In the beginning, it was fun."
"Might as well remove those doubts. Fun is what it's all about."

How to live a happy and satisfied Life??? We must learn it.....

In each day that passes by, we stand by and witness how our lives are being lived without the full happiness and satisfaction we crave and need. Most people spend their time stressed out, worried and on a constant panic about what needs to be done for their futures, raising their children, wired up over work, school, along with everything else. Does this sound familiar? Well if it does, it is because so many people live with this style and pattern. When you can start living that fully happy and satisfied life?

The only way you can live a happy and satisfied life, is when you start doing things that make you happy and satisfied. Sure, it sounds easy, and can be easy if you just remember to make yourself one of your top priorities. Too many people neglect themselves, feeling that it would be selfish if they took any time out to focus on their own being. While it is good to take care of others and other important things going on in your life, it is mandatory that you never forget about yourself. Discover who you really are and what matters most to you. Living a great life does not just happen. It requires, planning and following those plans to a life that reflects who you truly are.

Most people avoid planning goals and dreams in their lives because they may have a fear of committing to it or failing. They feel that by officially writing it down, they would actually have to go through with pursuing it. This is where you need to rate the importance of your life missions. What is most important to you? Is it losing a certain amount of weight? Getting your degree? Spending more time with your spouse or children? Whatever the reason or reasons may be, just write all of them down. You may feel that making a mental note of your goals and dreams is enough, but you could very well be setting yourself up for disappointment and failure. By writing it down, you will become a visual witness of those goals. Try writing them in an organizer, with a little reminder written in each day.

Setting deadlines for these goals would be a great way to assure they will be accomplished. Avoid disappointment by setting realistic deadlines. For example, if you wanted to lose 10 pounds, do not give yourself a week to do so. You will only torture yourself and become depressed when the week is over and see that you did not come even close to losing the 10 pounds. In fact, you may give up losing weight altogether because of the failure you experienced, simply because your deadline was unrealistic. Take some time everyday to look over your goals and remind yourself of how important they really are to you. Ask yourself why they are important to you too. Knowing that something is important is not enough. You must know the reasons behind the importance of the dreams and goals you have, so that your mind can see it more clearly and understand exactly why it is so necessary to go through with your missions.

Excuses are demons you must learn to fight off if you wish to start living a happy and satisfied life. Most people claim to have many dreams, but say they just do not have the time to approach them. Stop making excuses! You are the only one who holds the power to make a real difference in your life. Sure, we all have busy lives with our careers and families, but nothing takes up 24 hours of your day. So if something is truly important to you, you will be sure to make the time to work on it. You can do this by replacing it with something less important. For example, if you claim you do not have the time to work on the other important goals in your life, perhaps it is time for you to start making close observations on the way you spend your time. If you spend several hours of the day working, studying, and then several hours taking care of house chores and family, what else are you doing with the rest of your day? If you spend a good portion watching television, then you need to cut back on that and use that time to begin and follow an exercise plan you have been thinking to focus on for a long time (or whatever goal it is you have).

Making yourself one of your first priorities is not selfish. It actually is obligatory to do so in order to succeed in the other subjects of your life. Without a happy and satisfied you, there will be no happy and satisfied life, because you will be stressed out and unhappy. You might be consciously ignoring your needs and desires, but your subconscious mind has not forgotten about you and will constantly remind you through stress, anger, sadness, insecurity and feelings of failure.

Start listening to yourself and becoming the best friend and supporter you need. No one is going to work on your happiness for you, so find the power and motivation stored up inside you, and use it to direct yourself into the path of true happiness and satisfaction. You can do anything you set your mind to, and once you have stopped and gotten in touch with yourself, you will learn and realize just how wonderful and capable you really are, and how you always have been. You will not only realize these things, but also begin loving who are more and more, which will not only lead you to achieving the things that make you most happy, but will guide you into a world of many new dreams come true.
